Privacy Notice

This is a translation for convenience. The binding version is the German Datenschutzerklärung.

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, and embeds no social network content, maps or video platforms. A consent banner is therefore not required and none is shown.

Typefaces are served from this server, not by a third party. No transfer of your IP address to a third party takes place in that respect.

1. Controller

Max Wolfram Götz
Mobile: +49 170 433 988 2
Email: Wolfram.Goetz@t-online.de

To be supplied by the site owner

The privacy notice also requires the controller's full postal address (Art. 13(1)(a) GDPR). See the corresponding note in the imprint.

2. Hosting and server log files

When this website is accessed, the web server automatically records data in log files. This regularly includes:

  • the IP address of the requesting device,
  • the date and time of access,
  • the requested address (URL) and the HTTP status code,
  • the volume of data transferred,
  • the previously visited page (referrer), where transmitted,
  • browser type and operating system (user agent).

The purpose of this processing is the technical provision of the website, ensuring system security and investigating misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the secure operation of the website. This data is not combined with other data sources and is not evaluated for advertising purposes.

To be supplied by the site owner

Still to be added: the name and address of the hosting provider, the retention period for log files, and confirmation that a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. These details follow from the contract with the provider and cannot be derived from the website.

3. Enquiry form

On the contact page you can send an enquiry using a form. The details you enter are transmitted: name, company, telephone number, email address and message text. Name, email address and message are mandatory; the remaining fields are optional.

Sending is handled technically by a script loaded from and processed at www.easyloop.com (easyLoop as technical service provider); the message is forwarded from there to the controller's mailbox. In the course of this, your IP address is transmitted to easyloop.com.

The processing serves solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by ticking the confirmation in the form, and — where your enquiry relates to a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by email to the address above. The details are deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply.

You are of course welcome to contact the controller directly by email or telephone instead of using the form.

To be supplied by the site owner

For the form dispatch via easyloop.com, the following must be added: the service provider's full company name and address, confirmation of a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, the server location, and — if data is processed outside the EU — the basis for the third-country transfer under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.

4. jQuery loaded from cdnjs

On the contact page only, the JavaScript library jQuery is loaded from cdnjs.cloudflare.com, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. It is a technical prerequisite for sending the enquiry form.

When that file is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare; for technical reasons Cloudflare also receives the date and time of the request and information about your browser. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in a functioning, promptly delivered contact page. Cloudflare is a company based in the USA, so a transfer to a third country cannot be excluded.

All other pages on this website load no JavaScript and establish no connection to third parties. If you wish to avoid this transfer, please use the email address or telephone number given above rather than the form.

5. Your rights

In respect of personal data concerning you, you have the following rights against the controller:

  • right of access (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
  • right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR),
  • right to withdraw consent already given (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

A message to the contact details under point 1 is sufficient to exercise these rights.

Independently of this, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). This is usually the authority of the German federal state in which the controller is established, or the authority of your habitual residence.

6. No automated decision-making

No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
